Q: What is holistic health counseling?

A: It is a multi-faceted approach to improving your health, and in turn your life. “Holistic” health refers to our physical, mental, and emotional health. It acknowledges the interconnectedness of it all and favors natural, organic healing over prescription pills or fad diets. This is real healing from the inside out, and will affect every area of your life.

Q: How does it work?

A: I use a mind-body-spirit approach to counseling. We explore the critical roles nutrition and lifestyle play in our overall health and well-being. Also how our thoughts, feelings, and experiences affect how we look and feel. Shifts in any of these areas, or better yet ALL of them, can lead to amazingly positive life changes!

Q: Who is it good for?

A: It is great for anyone who wants to lose weight, gain energy and vitality, reduce stress, improve sleep or digestion, or enhance any area of their life by improving their health. By drastically improving your overall level of wellness, you can naturally prevent, manage, or even reverse chronic health issues such as pre-diabetes and diabetes, hormonal issues, digestive conditions, allergies, and so much more.

When you are happier and healthier, everyone around you will benefit. By taking your health into your own hands you will exponentially improve your own level of happiness. You will look and FEEL better and have more energy to share, in your career, in your relationships, in all areas of your life.

Q: I don’t live in Louisville, KY. Can we still work together?

A: YES! I love to work with clients over the phone or via Skype. In fact, many clients prefer this approach, finding that it fits better into their busy schedule.
